I worked on LimeExchange when I got a project. I also like this website for the same reason as you mentioned. Because relatively its new site and not many people are using it so its the right opportunity to make an early impact.As its a product of Lime Group so there is no question about the quality. And recently they have added the certification which is something very interesting. as you mentioned there are not so many job postings there, the reason can be because people are not aware of it.
